Program Manager
Reports to: KASOTC
Director General
Primary Purpose:
Responsible for providing strategic leadership for KASOTC
by working with the Executive Management Team to establish
long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Essential Functions:
- Establishes credibility throughout
the organization as an effective developer of solutions
to business challenges.
- Provides leadership and management
to ensure that the mission and core values of the
company are put into practice.
- Responsible for driving the
company to achieve and surpass sales and business
goals and objectives.
- Spearheads the development,
communication and implementation of effective growth
strategies and processes.
- Collaborates with the Executive
Management Team to develop and implement plans for
the operational infrastructure of systems, processes
and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives
of the company.
- Motivates and leads a high-performance
management team; attracts, recruits and retains required
members of the executive team not currently in place;
provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management
career development program.
- Assists, as required, in raising
additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable
the company to meet sales, growth and market share
objectives.
- Assist in lobbying at various
government levels.
- Represent the company at
various community activities. Meet and network regularly
with business leaders in the community.
- Fosters a success-oriented,
accountable environment within the company.
- Represents firm with clients,
investors & business partners.
- Manage and execute contractual
requirements
- Travel extensively on a global
basis to participate in key trade shows on behalf
of KASOTC
- Performs other duties as
required.
Required Education/Experience:
Masters degree preferred, however ten years
progressive leadership experience may substitute. Minimum
five years senior management experience. Extensive administrative
background. Extensive military or law-enforcement leadership
experience required. Ability to create momentum and
foster organizational change.
